RETURN POLICIES

General Office Supplies: In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will accept your return for a refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt or packing slip.

Shipping Supplies: In the event that your shipping supply purchase does not meet your expectations, we will accept your return (product must be in new and unused condition) for a refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt or packing slip.

Toners/Cartridges/Ribbons/Inks: Toners, cartridges, ribbons, fax films, and inks that do not meet your expectations may be returned for a refund, exchange, or credit within 15 days of purchase with your original receipt or packing slip. They must be unopened and unused and in the original packaging with UPC codes. Our remanufactured and compatible toners, cartridges, ribbons, fax films, and inks are 100% refundable in the event that they do not work correctly.

Technology: Computers, printers, notebooks, projectors, handheld computers, cameras, monitors, printers, scanners, faxes, and any other technological device can only be exchanged for the same item within 15 days of purchase. These devices must also be returned in their original packaging with UPC codes and with all accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Furniture: Stocking furniture items in new condition, in the original packaging with UPC code, may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or credit.

Software: You can return software (only if NOT OPENED) within 15 days of purchase.

Special Orders: Special orders, custom-ordered items, and manufacturer direct items, may not be returned. Custom printed items that were made to your specifications may not be returned.
